New Beginnings Outreach Ministry

The New Beginnings Outreach Ministry is a Christ centered, Bible based, and Holy Spirit led ministry,  reaching out to those struggling with addictions such as drugs, alcohol, etc. and teaching them to walk in freedom through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Based on the fundamentals of The Great Commission, outreach, salvation and discipleship ( go and make disciples); the ministry incorporates the tools of settingcaptivesfree.com  Bible study, prayer, worship, fellowship, and witnessing.

For the leaders, co-laborers, and those seeking freedom, our foundational principle, as is the foundational principle for all Christianity, is "Whatever you do, do all to the glory of God".  I Corinthians 10:31

Our Goal:   Isaiah 61:1-3
1. The Spirit of the Lord  GOD is upon me, because the LORD has anointed me to preach good tidings to the poor; He has sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound.
2. To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all who mourn,
3. To console those who mourn in Zion, to give them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; That they may be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that He may be glorified."  NKJV

 

Deaven's Testimony

Hi! My name is Deaven Marshall and I am so grateful to be a part of the New Beginnings Outreach ministry. We are a facility supported by the churches of Barnsdall. Our main focus is to help hurting men and women who are addicted to alcohol or drugs be set free and learn how to walk in victory through faith in Jesus Christ.  Before I found this program in November 2008, I myself, was lost and bound by addiction to crack cocaine. I am 28 years old with two beautiful children that I had lost because of my addiction and since starting this program I have found Jesus and I am well on my way to having my family restored.
II Corinthians 5:17 (New Living Translation) "This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!"
